Will could feel the way Molly cycled through her emotions the same way he had, the unease of taking stock in what their differing lifespans could mean for each of them, the consideration of weighing that against how good this felt now, being together, then the resolve of considering the future, unsure of how much of it either of them even had here. In the end, she arrived at the same conclusion that Will had, a warm relief of putting that out of her head flowing into him along with the returned warmth of her body.

He laughed softly at Molly words, wrapping both his arms around her so he could embrace her, dropping a kiss to the crown of her head. "Maybe a little," he conceded, relaxing his hold on her, but not letting her go by any means. "These are conversations we'll have to have eventually," he said, taking a breath. "But we can save them for later," he added, kissing her forehead again.

"You said what we did in Kagura was the farthest you'd ever gone physically with anyone," he said after a moment of silence. "And obviously this has gone farther," he went on, his fingers tracing aimless patterns on her arm.
