It was a lot of information and Will started to have trouble tracking it, the more words Molly used that weren't in his natural vocabulary. He filed all of it away, knowing he'd either try to make sense of it, or he'd as Molly to clarify. At the moment he was mostly interested in how it all affected her here, if it made parts of her life difficult or put her in any particular danger.
Truthfully, he was a little overwhelmed, not so much by learning about Molly's power and all the things that fed into it over the years, but by trying to figure out what it all meant. But he wasn't afraid, and none if it made him want to be with her any less. The question she was asking him was, at least in part, a gauge, to see how he was taking all this new knowledge. He took a deep breath through his nose, and gave her a look that was nearly serious aside from the hint of a smile playing around his eyes.
"Well, I figure if I marry you, I'll get to be a king," he answered, and he knew it didn't work that way and that talking about marriage with a woman after less than half of a date was completely crazy, but he hoped Molly would take it as the lighthearted joke he'd intended.
